Just to clear matters up, you would only use "smitty
update_all" when you are changing the modifcation
number, i.e 4.3.2->4.3.3, when changing the version
number as you are doing, it is a major change and
requires that you boot into service mode to run either
a preservation, migration or completer overwite as
