Hello Abdul

Just done one of these over the Holidays, it went very well. Talking to
our CE, a lot depends on what LIC you are currently on. Don't take any
notice of the support people, talk to your CE - they seem to know much more
about this. He/she will have a prereq document for the upgrade, get that
and you will be fine. from memory all we needed to do was upgrade the
fibre channel drivers on a couple of AIX hosts and put the latest SDD on a
2000 box.

Hello everyone,

Has anyone gone through a concurrent microcode upgrade of the ESS and could
advise for anything to look for.
Another related question, has anyone upgraded the microcode for the HBA F/C
6228.
