For the System Administration course, there are not that many things that are different. My instructor would tell us if the current topic had differences from v4.3.3.

Overall, I'd say that the class is 95% relevant to your 4.3 usage.

We are still use AIX 4.3.3 on our environment and we don't expect upgrade
to 5L at least several years. Our engineers need "AIX 4 system
administration" training. We check IBM education training catalog, look
like IBM does NOT offer AIX 4 system administration any more. Does anyone
take "AIX 5L system admin" and can compare difference to "AIX 4 system
admin"?
