Access to a 4.0B release?

This is my first message to the list, and I hope it is appropriate.
There was a Mar-05 message about an _F64_stat_ error trying to run on
older systems, which I also have. Unfortunately upgrades are not
possible for me (mutiple systems belonging to a customer & etc.). It
appears I will have to install a version of that platform and build on
it. Of course, it is out of support and not accessable from HP. Anyone
have an ides where I might get a copy of 4.0B release with Compaq C++?
