SUMMARY CNX MGR - cannot form a quorum

Thanks to John Lanier who replied. He suggested it might be a SCSI
reservastion problem, but it wasn't unfortunately.

I could find no solution except to rebuild the cluster, which I have now
done from scratch and both nodes are up and running again.
