SUMMARY: Tru64 5.1B patch kit 5 installation problem

Yet another file which you're not supposed to touch,
or you'll disrupt future patch kit installation -
Tru64 patch management never stops surprising me...

The file /etc/pmgrd_iorate.config should be a soft link to
../cluster/members/{memb}/etc/pmgrd_iorate.config
which I had somehow overwritten. Recreating the soft
link by
   cd /etc; ln -s '../cluster/members/{memb}/etc/pmgrd_iorate.config'
(notice the quotes to escape {memb}) fixes the problem.
Now I could let dupatch do a baseline check without error.

Thanks to these people for the correct answer:
