Looking for method to scan for bad blocks.

Running Tru64 5.1B PK3 on ES40 with HSG80 controllers. I'm looking for
a way to scan a mirrored disk for bad blocks without going into
single-user mode or disabling write back cache... basically without
making any system changes or taking the system down. Suggestions,
please?
