EMC and Tru64 best practices

We are migrating some of our Tru64 hosts from a somewhat problematic
EVA5000 system and outgrown HSG80s to an EMC Symmetrix DMX2000. Since
this is new technology to me (and the only person on our staff who has
any experience with EMC is leaving) I'd like to get peoples opinions
of EMC and Tru64 and any best practices people would recommend. Is it
better to present 50 8Gig hypers or 1 meta? If presenting 50 hypers
should you use LSM to stripe them or create one or 2 large ADVFS domains
from all these LUNs? We have typically been creating large RAID5 LUNs
on the HSGs or EVA and setting that up as 1 or 2 domains with several
filesets for ease of administration. We're running 5.1B on systems
ranging from old 1000As to GS140s, DS20s, GS160s and ES47s and most of
the larger systems run several Oracle DBs. If anyone has advice I'd
sure appreciate it (including what EMC training to take)

Thanks.

Jon
