NFS mount from a clustering system

Hi gurus,

I'm trying a simple NFS mount from a clustering system (NFS Server) to an
ES40 (NFS client). Both systems are running Tru64 version 5.1B and has
multiple network connections, but only one needs to be used for the NFS.
Once I try to NFS mount I get the message: "connection refused". Any
ideas??
