Configuration question

Hello all,
Looking to pick your brains about a pending migration.

I have a ES40/5.1a PK6 booting directly to a SAN. There are no internal
disks in the server. The current SAN is an EMA system using redundant.
HSG80 controllers.

We are migrating to an EVA SAN and I am hoping to move the Tru64 system.
Knowing that the disks wont migrate (SCSI - Fibre), what is the best way
to move the system. Current backups are via Verit@s NetB@ckup. I have
the option of putting in a RAID card and some internal disks, but would
like to keep the SAN boot if possible.

The system is used for Or@cle databases, and these have to be migrated
also.

I can configure the HBA's and the SAN environment, but I'm not sure how
the O/S will react.

Any ideas?

Many thanks,
Alan
