AS2100 Running Tru64 4.0f will not boot

Greetings-

Have had HP techs looking at this box for a few days. FW was corrupt,
has been corrected (?).

System will not boot. Here's information from console:

            Nowhere to put header, giving up.

Any help or ideas greatly appreciated. Techs are getting frustrated and
want me to reinstall OS. This machine is a production training server.
