vm_swap_init error while installing Tru64 UNIX OS.

Hi Managers,
    I have a DS10 Alpha Station. I had to replace the hard disk, in which
the OS was residing, with a Seagate hard disk (36GB capacity).
After fixing the hard disk I tried to install Tru64 UNIX 5.1
on it. I tried to boot thought the cd

>>> boot dqa0

While trying to install the OS I get the following error

*vm_swap_init: warning UNSPECIFIED swap device not found
vm_swap_init: swap is re-set to lazy (over commitment) mode*

After spitting these errors the system hangs forever.
How to go ahead with the installation? (I tried with 5.0A, 5.1B cds
as well, but no luck)

Any help to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Shanmu.
