Dear Managers,
I want to upgrade Java on our Tru64 4.0G system. The HP web site contains
2 contradictory statements: does anyone know where lies the truth?
Statement 1 (from
http://h18012.www1.hp.com/java/download/unix/1.4.2/sdk1.4.2_down.html ):
The SDK v 1.4.2-3 kit requires Tru64^(TM) UNIX? version 5.1A or higher.
This kit will not work on versions of Tru64 UNIX prior to V5.1A.
Statement 2 (from Release Notes for SDK v 1.4.2-3):
This kit requires Tru64 UNIX V4.0F, V4.0G, and V5.1A and higher.
