uerf dumps core

I'm trying to get some detailed information on SCSI errors, and I
don't have Decevent installed on this machine, so I did a uerf. The errors
are showing up there, but when I try it with the -o full option, it dumps
core.

quack:/ # uerf -R -o full|more
/usr/bin/ksh: 1130 Memory fault(coredump)

System is Alpha 2100, 512 mb memory, Tru64 5.1a patch kit 4. uerf
version 4.2-011 (122)

I tried starting a new binary.errlog by renaming it and cycling
binlogd, and it has started logging new SCSI errors, but I still get the
coredump when I try to look at them with the -o full switch. I also tried
rebooting the machine.

        Any ideas?

thanks
