Two problem, actually, it wouldn't boot, and since I had it down
  decided to update the firmware

First prtoblem: Using Firmware update v6.5

The default bootfile for this platform is

          [ARCHIVE]NOFILE.EXE

Hit <RETURN> at the prompt to use the default bootfile.

  Bootfile:
  %APB-I-FILENOTLOC, Unable to locate NOFILE.EXE
%APB-I-LOADFAIL, Failed to load secondary bootstrap, status = 00000910

  halted CPU 0

  halt code = 5
  HALT instruction executed
  PC = 20003d10
  warning -- HWRPB is invalid.
>>>

  Second Problem:

It goes through the usual booting sequence ending with

  exec: /sbin/mount_advfs -F 0x4000 usr_domain#usr /usr

trap: invalid memory read access from kernel mode

      faulting virtual address: 0x00000000000004b0
      pc of faulting instruction: 0xfffffc00002cdc70
ra contents at time of fault: 0xfffffc000038d4c0
sp contents at time of fault: 0xfffffe0409c8efe0

panic (cpu 0): kernel memory fault
