What happened to the Alpha Firmware ftp site?

I have just received a new 833MHz CPU for DS20 so I went looking for a new
version of the firmware but I can't get to it.

The ftp server at ftp.dec.com says "connection refused". The alphaserver
web pages as www.hp.com have firmware links that point at ftp.dec.com and
they all hang or announce that there is no response.

I phoned HP technical support at my favourite number (800)267-5251 and it works
for him as I talk to him on the phone but not for me. Not with ftp or Netscape
or Mozilla or Internet Explorer. Not on VMS, Tru64 Unix 4.0F, Linux, or
Windoze.

Where have I gone wrong?
