Process names in square brackets

Hi All,

We are running Tru64 ES40, 5.1A patchkit 5, 4 CPU, 14GB RAM running 2 oracle
instances.

We are having performance problems and would like to track the processes
which are being swapped out.

The command 'ps -e -o UFMT', lists out some oracle processes in square
brackets. Are these processes swapping?

I read a note sometime back on this forum, that this may be an indication of
processes being swapped out. Is this true?

Thanks,
Thomas
