System panic

Hello Managers,
We have an alpha 500/333 workstation and the
configuration is given below:
Two months back we replaced memory modules for the
correctable machine check errors which used to come
for every minute in dxconsole/messages.The above error
used to come for "memx" utility and we replced the
failed module. Now Iam not getting the error message
while executing /usr/field/memx utility,but still
system is getting panic and the errors are reported in
messages..
Is it something to do with the DIMM slots/
motherboard.
Waiting for ur replies, Pls go thru the below
