for their answers to tell me that it should work.

So I've called the CSC and they have discovered that with PK3/NHD7 the tc
option should be present following the dn definition in /etc/mcicap file,
while it was working without before. By the way, every operation was working
and just mcutil -e was not.

They should look in internal if it's specified or not,so if it's a feature.
