SUMMARY: process memory allocation

Hello Managers,

Much appreciation to Martin ( mr hint ) Rhonde Anderson in Germany, Alan
(dr inode) Rollow, Dr Tom (live free or die) Blinn and all who helped.

By increasing the parameters in sysconfigtab under proc , namely:
max_per_proc_address_space
max_per_proc_data_size
max_per_proc_stack_size

memory size, the problem will hopefully be resolved, (I will know after
all of the make files have been recompiled on this new system and linking
issues work properly).
