Changing 4100 FAN

Hi,

Kind of urgent....4100 has no console
power....resetting shows message on console that CPU1
FAN FAILED....and goes off again.

This is a 4 CPU box....

Any quick ideas on changing a 4100 FAN that would stop
the box from booting up?
