getting xmon / xscope for Tru64 ?

Hi Managers

I would like to use "xmon" to monitor the server/client communications of an X application under Tru64 4.0F and 5.1B.

Does anyone know where I can find a working copy (preferably in source form) for Tru64 4.0F / 5.1B?

The source version I picked from Debian ( 1.5.5 )compiles on Tru64 4.0F, but I get obscure type promotion warnings and I don´t get the desired output when I run the thing (ie. no X11 protocol output at all - I tried all I knew). I also tried the standard X11R5 contrib sources - did not even get them to compile (PEX problems).

Based on info from some earlier posts on this topic, I tried to get the version previously at:
  ftp://ftp.crl.research.digital.com/pub/X11/contrib/devel_tools/

but the server does not seem to allow anonymous FTP access anymore :-(

I am equally interested in any other tools (on Tru64) that might allow me to listen to X protocol, e.g. xscope, if anyone has something.

Any help appreciated,

Michael Bütow
