Summary: EVM daemon: High event activity

I waited a couple of days to make sure the problem was fixed.
The important part of my original posting is quoted at the end..

I received many suggestions, mostly centered around several config file in
/etc and I opted to alter evmlogger.conf which seemed the most appropriate.
I changed the logging level to warning for most syslog facilities and
removed a few others, leaving nothing reporting below warning.
After a couple of days, I haven't received any other warning messages from
evm and using evmget seems to show the volume being passed to evm to be way
down, which should fix my problem, I think...
