Dxkerneltuner on cygwin

Hi all,

I'm having a problem with dxkerneltuner when displaying the window on a
cygwin window, the window is larger than the workspace and there is no
scrollbar. I tried to use the following setup:

.Xresources:
...
Dxkerneltuner*scrollBar: on
...

Then xrdb -merge .Xresources

This doesn't make any difference, there is definitly no scrollbar. I'm
using windowmaker.

Have some an idea to solve this problem?
