5MB options FW 3.40 ESL problems

Has anyone upgraded their ESL9198 library to the 5MB memory option and FW
3.40? I am most interested in those using Legato has their backup
software. We have done this and have tons of problems with Legato
communicating with our ESL library. I changed the VENDOR ID as FW 3.40
release notes specify with no success. Any input on the 5MB 3.40 FW
upgrade would be great!
