SUMMARY: Server will not reboot after firmware upgrade

Phil Balwin spotted it was having problems with HWID 269 which is a tape
drive.

We got it going with -
dsfmgr -V -F -v

I am still not sure in my own mind why that stopped it booting,
but will peruse in my leisure now it is up.
