HP Tru64 Graphic problem

Tru64-Unix Manager:

We have encounter the following problem while installing the Tru64 V4.0F operating system on our DS10 server:

- The graphic resolution and refresh rate is set to ONLY 640 x 480 resolution on CDE.

We have followed all the instructions how to change the resolution & refresh on CDE GUI:

The resolution is still at 640 x 480

We have searching the entire HP/Compaq software patch and we could not find any patch to fix the problem.

PLEASE HELP!
