Problems with Network Card

Hi All,

I am running Tru64 UNIX 5.0A and can't seem to get the network card
working. The card is a DEC TULIP (10/100) Ethernet Interface. I have
gone through the various network settings over and over and everything
is configured correctly. I've also tested the network port to make sure
it wasn't to blame. I also noticed that doing a netstat -r will hang
for about 5 minutes before returning any values.

/var/adm/messages does show the network interface, so at this point I
know the card is being detected and I assume at this point it to be
working.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what else I can try?
