Connection problems with OpenSSh 3.5p1

Hi everyone!

I installed Open ssh 3.5p1 on tru64 5.1a and when I try to connect on another computer, it takes about 3 minutes to establish the connection. That computer is a part of a cluster of 3 computers using trucluster 5.20. When I try the same thing on another computer not in the cluster everything's ok.

Here how I installed Open SSH:

Installed openSSL 0.9.7
Installed Zlib

Installed openSSH
./configure --with-cppflags=-I/usr/local/include\
--with-ipv4-default\
--disable-suid-ssh\
--with-ldflags='-s'

make clean
make
make install

What I am doing wrong ?
