Thanks to all who replied so quickly, especially Maria Gillialand, Alan
Davis, Johan Brusche, Marcelo Alonso Mondragón.

All suggested using a more current agent which I will do ASAP.

Maria pointed out that in 4.1.7 of the release notes for 5.1a, SWCC versions
prior to 2.3 are not supported. She suggested
To try a re-install of the version which had worked under the prior DU
release.

After much searching through backups, I was able to find the original
installation modules of version 2.0.
As a stopgap, I reinstalled (and for the time being anyway) command
console is now functional.
