root crontab entries

I have a new 5.1 PK5 build, and have two crontab entries that I'm not sure I need. The first runs the LSM admin utility, and I have no LSM. The second runs Unicensus I believe for Insight Manager (which we don't use).

Has anyone commented these out? I'm sure I would be safe to do, but I thought I'd see what people have done here on the list, first.
