Hi all
I make a file server's backup with a vdump on a nfs mounted directory.
I use a Compaq-Digital DLT-9000 library, 35-70 GB DLT tapes.
The command i use:
vdump -f /dev/tape/tape0 -U -u -C -D /work1/lavori
One month ago, the total file's size exceed the tape's capability; anyway
the backup goes on, but i have in the log a "REWINDING TAPE" message, before
the finally "Dump completed at Fri Fe.." message:

If i "vrestore -f /dev/tape/tape0 -i, with "ls" i can see all my directories
and, it seems, all the files: what i lost?
How can i automatically change the tape when it's full?
