We are currently running systems that include a RA8000 storage system
(uses HSZ-80 controllers) and KZPAC-CB and KZPCC-CE backplane RAID
controllers. All three controllers came with StorageWorks software
originally, but we have not received any updates (although we maintain
HPaq servcie agreements on all). I am trying to find the most current
version of the StorageWorks software (in particular, the StorageWorks
Command Console and the Tru64 UNIX agents) and how to get this software.
Could anyone tell me:
1) What is the latest version of the StorageWorks Command Console software
and the Tru64 agent?
2) Are you receiving updates under your HPaq service agreement?
3) Do you know of a source or a part number for purchasing this software
separately (the only part numbers I can find are for Tru64 StorageWorks
platform kits (165979-B21 and 380553-001 from http://h18006.www1.hp.com/products/storageworks/swcc/ccplatformkits.html), but my HPaq salesperson says both parts are discontinued)?

(PS. The KZPCC management software can be found from the web page
http://h18000.www1.hp.com/alphaserver/products/storage/kzpcc.html, but the
SWCC version included is only 2.2 (I think at least 2.3 is released) and
the Agent is only for the KZPCC - the agent that applies for the KZPAC and
HSZ80 aren't included.)
