Thanks a lot for your replies

Some suggested that the problem is caused by advfs and suggested to run
fixfdmn to fix the domain
In my case my sincere thanks goes to Dr Thomas P. Blinn and Bryan
Williams from HP who suggested that the problem is caused by arla (afs)
Arla uses XFS routines that is bringing down my machine Thanks a lot for
  your help , Now i need to look into Arla to solve this problem

I am running one DS20E running tru64 5.1A with Patch kit 3. the problem
is this machine crashed 2 times with the following error
