SUMMARY: Rolling Upgrade

Sorry it took so long, but I was in the process of rolling upgrade.

Thanks for all the responses, the first correct one, within minutes, was
from Chris Adams.

I had the wrong CD mounted. I needed Vol 2 of the Associated Products CD.
