Happy new year everyone

Does anyone know what hntrmon is?

It was running on my test cluster and consuming nearly a whole cpu as can be
seen from the "top" output below.

I have searched the HP site but got no hits. There 't seem to be a man page
for it either. I killed it and it came back on the other node consuming a
whole processor. killed it again and it seems to have gone away.

machines seem to work fine without it.

PID USERNAME PRI NICE SIZE RES STATE TIME CPU COMMAND
1056293 root 42 0 2824K 516K run 622:47 98.50% hntrmon
1456237 root 44 0 4264K 1761K run 0:00 0.40% top

Thanks

rowan.
