SWCC agent troubles

Hi,

I just installed a SWCC agent on a TruCluster system.
The client is running on a W2K server.

Problem: I can't get the storage info. HSG controllers are detected but icons stay in "grey".
Any idea? I opened the firewalls and IP communication is ok between the client and the
cluster.
