Cannot telnet to my AS4100

Hello gurus,
        This morning I discovered that I cannot telnet to my AS4100 running
Digital UNIX 4.0E. I always could in the past. I can ping the box and I
can access it from the console and everything else seems to be running OK on
the box. I don't think it's a license issue either. When I try to telnet
to it nothing appears. No login prompt, no message, nothing.

Any ideas?
