WebCT support on Tru64

Hello Everyone,

We are currently looking at what to do with our WebCT installation. I have a couple of choices, ideally what I would like to do is move WebCT off of a Sun box onto a pair of ES40's running as a trucluster. The official line from WebCT is that they no longer support Tru64, however it would appear
that there are a number of one off agreements in place with some uni's to maintain a Tru64 port.

I have a few questions for staff working in Universities, Schools or Colleges.

What are you running WebCT on?

If you are running it on alpha, do you have any special arrangements in place to keep on-going support for WebCT on Tru64 Unix?

If you are not running it on alpha, would you do so if WebCT was officially available? When answering this question please consider the fact that if you are a member of CSLG, you get free Trucluster licenses.

I would appreciate any comments back about this topic in general as this potential move will maximise our ROI on some existing assets.

Cheers,

Adrian
