Summary: changing from fta0 to alt0 - additional flags

I used rcmgr to change from fta0 to alt0 and did a reboot. During system
startup, I saw on the console,
vmunix: alt0: 1000 Mbps full duplex Link Up via autonegotiation
The network is working.
I wonder if there is a command that will print this info (along the lines of
mii-tool in linux)
