Max UFS size

Once upon a time I remember reading that the max size of
a UFS filesystem was 96Gbytes. I can no longer find a
reference to a size-limit for UFS filesystems in the
Tru64 5.1 SPD. Does this mean that there is no longer
any limit? (I know - why are you still using UFS, why
havent you switched to AdvFs etc etc)
