Help folks,

I have a DPW 600 au which is sick. The board they sent with the field tech
comes up as a 600a and jumps into AlphaBIOS. Is there any possible way to
get this thing to the chevron prompt? The support folks are being
slow. He is on the phone beside me at this time. Any help appreciated.
