Patches fail

Hi, Managers

I was about to install the patches for TruCluster 1.6 on 4.0F
That is, I first installed Tru64, then patch kit 0007, then TruCluster and finally the cluster
patches from kit 0007.

But for some of the patches, it goes like this:
