Summary: problem with latest 4.0f jumbopatch

Chris Adams had the same problem with the 5.1A version of that
patch kit. He even contacted HPAQ support, to no avail. Looks
like the dependency is intentional, however braindead it is to
have a static library depend on a bunch of executables.

Both Chris Adams and Oisin McGuinness suggested that by editing
the patch ctrl file I could remove the dependency. I didn't
do this mainly because I couldn't know to what kind of trouble
it would lead down the road.

What I did was to move cups to a different location and
install OSFPRINT.
