Problems with 5.1A and pk3 + security patches

Hi,

I was wondering if this is a known issue (or if I just can't read
documentation properly)? Is it harmless?

With 5.1A and pk3 (T64V51AB03AS0003-20020827) as well as the security
patch bundle for pk3 (T64V51AB3-C0043701-15279-ES-20020828) I get problems
with Legato Networker (6.11) and Mimer (8.2.3D) from Upright. They both
complain about __atdlclose_mutex and libpthread.so. However, if Mimer is
installed before patching (on plain 5.1A) it runs after being patched.
This is on two separate machines (EV4.5 and EV5.6) and someone else at my
work has/is about to open a case.
