SUMMARY: Quorum required for a 3 member cluster?.

The long and short of my dilemma, was that a 3 node cluster should only come
up if two nodes are present.
Although I was trying to get it so only one is required, which is possible
although not recommended.
If your want a similar set-up look at page 4-17 in the Cluster
Administration pdf manual.
