Upgrade from V 4.0G to 5.1

Hi Admins,

I am in the process os assessing the Upgrade from True 64 Unix V 4.0G
to V5.1 or 5.1A. I just wanted to ask you about the advantages and
disadvatages of this upgrade as well as any issues that happened to
anyone during a transition like that or during the 5.1 operation.
The system is Compaq ES40 running True64 v 4.0G 4 CPU's 667 nad 2.5 G
of memory, connected to a HSG80 controller that has Version 8.5 F
controlling 28 disk drives.
