Strange swapon -s reported values

Can anyone help explain these strange results from swapon -s

System configuration is two ES40 in a cluster, Tru64 V5.1 PK5
Each server is provided with it's own swap space on a local disk

Swap partition /dev/disk/dsk14c (default swap):
    Allocated space: 1110845 pages (8.48GB)
    In-use space: 216240 pages ( 19%)
    Free space: 894605 pages ( 80%)

Total swap allocation:
    Allocated space: 1110845 pages (8.48GB)
    Reserved space: -263193 pages (1703248190%)
    In-use space: 216240 pages ( 19%)
    Available space: 1374038 pages (123%)
