Problem with LSM

Hello,

We have 2x GS60 with Tru64Unix 4.0F and ESA12000 as storage.

On ESA12000 there is a unit (RAID5) which is separated at two
partitions. The first partition is used by first alpha GS60 (A1),
and the second partition is used by second alpha gs60 (A2).
These two disks are configured by LSM and hold rootdg information.
There is a problem with CPU module, so A2 hang. We replace CPU module,
and when the system boots, LSM on A2 can't start. What do I discover?
Everything with A1 is OK. A1 partition,LSM is working fine. But with A2:
If i use :
#scu show edt

i can see the devices. It's OK

If I use file /dev/rrz**** i can see the devices. It's OK

But if I try disklabel -r rz**** , there is a message that it can't
read the device. The first block is zero, or i have to init the disk.
Same if I use disklabel -z rz****.

All the info in /dev/vol and /dev/rvol is present. So I think that the
problem is in the device. But I don't know how to recover it.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.
