Additional Question + summary on Error log viewing

Thanks everyone for replying. The answer which best worked for me was using
the: uerf -R -o full | more command.

The other question I have now...is in regards to the following error which
I see quite a lot of...is this a problem anyone knows what it means? This
happens on a 4100 with HSZ70 controllers.
